About Us

Our principal and owner, Linda C Bullwinkle, holds a BS degree from Cornell University and an MBA in Business Administration from SMU. She has sat for and passed the Series 7 and Series 66 License exams required to trade in securities and to sell insurance, respectively. She has over 30 years’ experience in financial and management positions with international corporations, including as Vice President, Operations and President & CEO. She has provided a wide array of consulting services to for-profit and non-profit organizations as well as to individuals. She is an Enrolled Agent (EA), a federally-licensed tax professional, authorized without limitation by the U.S. Treasury Department to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.

Linda is current and past President of the Lake Ray Roberts Rotary Club, Pilot Point, TX, a past President and Director of the Pilot Point Chamber of Commerce, Founding President of the Optical Women’s Association (0WA) and current Treasurer of the North Texas Chapter of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NTxEA). She is a member of the National Tax Professional Alliance (NTPA) and the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA). She is also a certified Abitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and a QuickBooks Pro Advisor.

Anita Jean works part-time as she approaches retirement. She is the previous owner of Financial Fitness and is well-known and respected throughout the tax community. She has over 10 years’ experience in the field of taxation and specializes in tax preparation. Anita is an Enrolled Agent (EA) and holds a master’s degree in dispute resolution from SMU. She is a current board member of the North Texas Chapter of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NTxEA) and a member of the National Tax Professional Alliance (NTPA). Anita is a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI). Anita also serves as an Arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the National BBB Autoline Arbitration Forum. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Aubrey 380 Area Chamber of Commerce.
